FAQ
Ceremony & Reception
Please arrive at 4:00 PM in order to enjoy a welcome drink and find a seat for the ceremony.
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at BCD Culinary Academy & Catering located in Langley, BC.
For the ceremony, we are kindly asking to have the front seating reserved for our most immediate family members.
For the reception, you will find a name card at your designated seating.
Last call for drinks will be at 11PM.
For the ceremony, we will offer champagne for a toast.
For the reception, we will be serving alcoholic drinks at an open bar. We will have a curated menu that includes specialty cocktails, highballs, beer, wine and soft drinks/mocktails.
You will be able to correspond with your food allergies or dietary requirements via the RSVP Form, here.
RSVP
You can complete your RSVP at this page, here. Please make sure that you fill out all required sections so we can know who to expect and so that we can prepare solutions for your dietary requirements.
Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025.
Due to our reduced floor plan and our goals for an intimate evening, we will not be able to accommodate any additions to the guestlist. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Dress Code
Casual smart to cocktail attire is perfectly welcomed. Please dress in something that you feel your best in. Bright colours are not necessary but are encouraged. Think: Hawaiian shirts, khakis, linens, floral dresses, two-piece sets and jumpsuits.
Photos & Media
We are kindly asking for guests to withhold from taking pictures during our ceremony.
For the reception and beyond, go right ahead! Please note, we will have a photographer present for the first few hours of the wedding and would like to see your smiling faces (not your phone case) in our wedding photos.
You will be able to find photos from the wedding uploaded to our website here when they become available to us. We will notify you via email when the pictures become available!
Registry
We do not have a registry. Your attendance at our wedding is a gift in and of itself.
If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, it is greatly appreciated - but not at all expected.
